Our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) depends on the type of order you place. For stocked models, you can order as little as 1 piece. For customized size, design, or shape, the MOQ ranges from 2000 to 10000 pieces.
Absolutely! We welcome customer designs such as size, volume, pattern, etc. We also offer custom packaging to show different packing ideas, or we can customize the packaging according to your requirements.
We design and construct each project according to the each customer’s needs. If you don’t need to print a custom logo or other artwork on the products, we won’t charge any cost. However, if you don’t have a freight collect account like FedEx DHL TNT, we will need to charge an express fee.
The lead time of production depends on the type of order you place. For samples, it takes 4-6 working days to deliver by air. For stocked models, we can ship within 6-10 days. For mass production, it takes 20-40 days for production, and an additional 6-8 days if custom design is needed.
For payment less than 10,000USD, we require 100% in advance. For payment more than 10,000USD, we require 30% T/T in advance, and the balance before shipment.
For small trial orders, we can ship by air or express, such as FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc. For large orders, we arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirement.
Delivery time depends on the quantity ordered. Generally, it takes 6-10 days if the goods are in stock, and 20-40 days if the goods are not in stock.
